Hi I am Patrick Hamilton and I love the art of movement.
I have been skating since year 4 in Australia, around 9 years old and Im 33 now so around 24 years. I have snowboarded for even longer and when I moved to Sydney I surfed too. I also rode BMX and everything in between.
I loved visiting the skate shop in my small home town of Mudgee, NSW when I was growing up and I thought I would open a site online to create a space for people who also love the art of movement. I say that as although progress is great I mainly love just riding and being in the moment.
This site aims to create a space where people can share stories, get reviews and not only see what new or old products is available but trust that the reviews will cut down the learning time of reaching great products.
When I was young first skateboards were so different you would get the crappy ones from the department stores and then you would ride a legit board and the difference in feeling was insane. Then again with BMX I would ride these heavy Chinese made bikes then eventually you would jump a really great bike and everything feels different. It is this feeling that I wish to communicate through this site. Surfing the same and so on.
