Dopamine is the name given to the motivational chemical in the brain. it’s not the reward but the increase in wanting the reward. you can get more of it by overcoming obstacles. if you enjoy it and you do it you do not gain dopamine. when you take on something that stretches you or scares you take on more dopamine.
